any natural or herbal relief for allergies?

is there any herbal or natural remedies for skin allergies. was taking allergy shots which seemed to help ..but im out of the country and have not taken shots for some time now and looking for other alternative ways…itching seems to be most irritating when im trying to get warm from coming out of the cold …(it was irritating before when i was warm trying to get cool…very strange i was told….anyway someone said sound like you have a chemical imbalance or something like that. anyway any suggestions on natural medicines untill i come back to get allergy shots agian. will not be back for another 6 months . any suggestions?

you shur u hadnt been talking to a Gypsy? dont mess with that ur just guna get high plants can get mixed up realy easily u just might end up snuffing poison ivy! XD take Zyrtec daily its great! i get a migraine from mold n dust allergies with out it! also bring some benadryl but i bet you already have that i would suggest the strips if you can find them but i wouldnt advise taking it every day it makes u realy drowsy
